1. Ambil ukuran pinggang seperti di gambar, mengitari pinggan bagian depannya

2. Ambil ukuran front rise (selangkangan bagian depan) seperti di gambar, tanpa menghitung ukuran dari ujung pinggang, pada gambar ukuran front rise nya 20

3. Ambil ukuran pangkal paha

4. Untuk mengambil ukuran lutut, terlebih dahulu kita harus mengetahui letak lututnya dimana
    caranya ukur 36-37 cm dari bagian kaki paling bawah (jika panjang celananya 100 cm) kemudian    ukur lebar lutut nya
